About the Area

areaThe town of Northglenn began as a planned community in 1959, and currently has a population of nearly 36,000. It is a mere 30 minutes away from the majestic Rocky Mountains, and about 15 minutes away from downtown Denver. It is a community that is recognized for it’s well-planned trail systems that makes it easy to walk anywhere in the city.

Make sure to go paddleboating through Webster Lake, located in the middle of E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park, or hiking in the Rockies. Maybe kickback with some simple family fun like bowling, laser tag, arcades, mini golf, and bumper boats at Boondocks Food and Fun. Also make sure to make use of the beautiful Greenway Trail System, 28 miles of walking and biking paths.

About the Owner

ownerPeter Richter has been in the restaurant industry for over 40 years both as an owner and working for other concepts. He purchased the Atlanta Bread in Northglenn, CO about two years ago. His favorite part about owning this business is the numerous regular guests he has gotten to know over the past two years and he considers them family. When he is not at work he loves to go hiking in the Colorado Rockies with his wife of 36 years, Terri and their two dogs; Cooper a crazy 2 year old Dalmatian and Maxx a four year old Golden Doodle.
