How do I become part of the Rise Rewards™ program?

A: If you are a current member of Atlanta Bread’s loyalty program, your points will be automatically transferred into the new Rise Rewards™ program. You don’t need to join again, but you will need to register to complete your profile. To do so, text “RISE” to 40679 or visit www.AtlantaBread.com/RiseRewards.

Do I earn points for registering my Rise Rewards™ account?

A: Yes. To show our appreciation for registering and completing your profile, you will receive 50 points automatically.

Is there a fee to be in the new program?

A: No.

How will I earn points with my Rise Rewards™ account?

 

A: With Rise Rewards™, you earn one point for every $1 you spend. Rise Rewards™ members can redeem points for drinks, soups, sandwiches, salads and treats. 150 points can be redeemed for up to $7 worth of food and drinks.

Do I need to keep track of points earned?

A: By registering your account, Rise Rewards™ will automatically track earned points each time you visit or make a purchase online and provide your Loyalty number.  When you order online please select “Enter Your Loyalty Number” first and enter your Loyalty number in the “Special Instructions” box.

What happens to my previous loyalty program points that I have not used?

A: Yes. To make sure you are fully rewarded for your purchase, you will earn partial points.

How do I know when I have earned enough points to redeem for menu items?

A: You can view your progress toward rewards by signing into your account here.

Once I have earned enough points for a reward, are there any requirements to redeem?

A: Prior to redeeming points for a reward, you must register your account to complete your profile. To do so, text “RISE” to 40679 or visit www.AtlantaBread.com/RiseRewards.

Do my Rise Rewards™ points expire?

A: Rise Rewards™ points expire one year after the earned date. To view your Rise Rewards account, log in here to review account details.

I frequent several different Atlanta Bread locations. How do I know which cafes participate in Rise Rewards™?

A: Each Atlanta Bread café is locally owned and operated. To determine if a café is participating in Rise Rewards™, contact us online or click here to reach out to a location near you.

How do I make edits to my Rise Rewards™ account?

A: Simply log in to your account at www.AtlantaBread.com/RiseRewards to update your address, email or other account details.

How do I cancel my Rise Rewards™ membership?

A: If you decide to no longer participate in our Rise Rewards™ program, simply contact us and we’ll remove you from our membership and mailing list.

A: You will receive specific promotions and offers that are only available to loyalty members.

Can I earn points from catering orders?

A: Catering orders are not eligible for Rise Rewards points.

Can I redeem my Rise Rewards catering orders?

A: Rise Rewards can not be redeemed for Atlanta Bread catering items. Only dine-in and take-out items are eligible.
